Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Booking Process
   Upon receiving your booking request, our team will assist you in creating a personalized and enjoyable tour plan based on your specific requirements and interests within 74 hours.

2. Booking Timeline
   To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend making your tour reservations at least 30 days prior to your travel date.

3. Payment Policy

   • Payment Terms for Domestic Packages (Excluding Andaman)

     40% of the package cost: To initiate the bookings.
     30% of the package cost: Payable after receiving booking confirmations.
     30% of the package cost: Payable at the start of the trip.

   • For packages with a specific hotel selection, an upfront payment of 70% of the package cost is required to confirm the bookings. The remaining 30% will be payable at the start of the trip

   • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
   • For guests purchasing airline tickets through us, full payment for the ticket is required to secure the booking, along with a 40% non-refundable deposit for the hotel and eco-tour package.

4. Payment Deadlines

   • Failure to make payments by the specified due date will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
   • Please note that Tripzipper is not responsible for bookings canceled due to non-payment by the deadline.

5. Travel Insurance
   Our tour packages do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to ensure coverage during your trip.

6. Refund Policy

   • Refunds or exchanges for unused portions of the tour are not available once the tour has commenced.
   • Tripzipper is not liable for any commitments not explicitly provided in writing.

7. Festive Season Policy

   • Bookings during Christmas, New Year, and other festive seasons require a non-refundable deposit.
   • Final payment must be made at least 60 days before travel. These payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • Again, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
