Cancellation by Customer

 

  • Cancellation Requests:

           Customers may submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer support team or mail us support@hospitalitygroup.in

 

  • Cancellation Charges:

           - Token amount is Non-Refundable, it can be reutilized within 365 Days from the Date of Booking.

           - Cancellation 45 days prior to the trip: 70% refund (30% will be deducted).

           - Cancellation 30 days prior to the trip: 50% refund (50% will be deducted).

           - Cancellation 15 days prior to the trip: 30% refund (70% will be deducted).

           - Cancellation within 7 days of the trip: No refund will be provided.

           - Post-Booking: After receiving the booking, the package amount is non-refundable.

           - Festive and Peak Seasons: No refund policy applies during these periods.

  • Land Package:
    In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to unavailability or unavoidable situations. If this occurs, we will notify the customer promptly and provide an alternative service or issue a full refund.

 

 

  • Transportation Bookings Like Flight Train Bus etc,,,

           In case of Tatkal Booking of the train, if the booking is not confirmed we will initiate the refund of the train amount.
           In case of Flight/Bus Booking, we will arrange the alternative options of the same.

 

 Refunds

 

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed promptly; the refund process will proceed within 15 to 45 working days after a thorough review of all applicable conditions. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in your account.
